1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Line Painting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Line Painting provides line marking services for car parks, sports courts, schools, and industrial sites across Otago and Southland. All services are subject to a formal quote and agreement.

3. Quotations and Payments

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Payment terms will be specified on the invoice provided upon completion of the work. We reserve the right to require a deposit for larger projects.

4. Liability

Line Painting will perform services with professional care and skill. However, we are not liable for damage to surfaces that are not properly prepared by the client or for wear and tear beyond reasonable expectations.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
